Remote Online Notarization

At Oyola Mobile Notary Services LLC we are authorized and certified by the State of Florida to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for clients located anywhere in the United States. We offer you the convenience of having your documents notarized using your computer, tablet, or smartphone!

How does online notarization work?

• The notary and signer connect using two-way audio-video technology.

• The notarial process begins with the Notary verifying the signer’s identity using traditional identity proofing methods with the addition of two steps unique to remote online notarizations: knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and credential analysis.

• Documents are electronically signed, stamped, and then returned to the client.

• The notarial process is recorded and stored online according to Florida’s law, Chapter 2019-71.
